With opportunities for good professionals, the selection is carried out by means of conventional processes and also by specific programs.
YOUNG APPRENTICE PROJECT
The program is carried out within a period of 12 months, divided into practical and theoretical parts. Its weekly work load is 30 hours; 24 hours in practical functions and 6 hours in theoretical exploitation. The course is offered by CIEE, a partner institution that works with us in this project. Our proposal is a social-economic alternative, where we invest in the present and future of people. Moreover, they are prepared to compose our talent bank and generate internal options.
