DS enlarges plant and generates jobs.

Apart from many companies in the country that had its doors closed down in this period of economic crisis or had dismissed hundreds of employees, DS is in constant growth. The good news are that by December of this year the area of the plant will almost double its size. Going from 4 to 7 thousand square meters. 

DS Tecnologia Automotiva industry is located at the  Ulisses Guimarães Industrial District in São José do Rio Preto. The parts produced in the interior of São Paulo are sold all over Brazil and exported to X other countries. 

Enlarging is also a synonym to job generation and heating up local economy. Currently, 150 workers from São José do Rio Preto and the surrounding region work with devotion to produce products with quality and guarantee. 

With this expansion, at a first moment, there will be an increase of 40% in the number of employees.  The indirect generation of jobs will also put local economy into motion. There will be three thousand square meters of new opportunities.

All of this is a reflection of the good work that started in 1971, by Mr. Dorcídio Schiavetto and Mrs. Adelina Zanatta Schiavetto, who adjusted their industry to the requirements and changes in the market, employing hundreds of workers and taking Brazilian technology throughout the world.
