“Pista Alerta”: More Empathy on the Road, Less Honking!

ON THE ROAD, RESPECT GOES BOTH WAYS
September marks Brazil’s National Traffic Week — and of course, DS couldn’t let it go unnoticed.
Once again, we are proud to present our campaign: “Pista Alerta” (“Alert Lane”).
The Campaign
Every year, millions of Brazilians achieve their long-awaited driver’s license. But let’s be honest — no one becomes a professional driver overnight.
It takes practice, time, and, above all, patience — especially from more experienced drivers.
With that in mind, DS decided to lend a hand — or better yet, a sticker — to new drivers.
We created fun stickers that can be placed on cars and motorcycles to let others know there’s a beginner behind the wheel.
This way, experienced drivers become more tolerant, and beginners can drive with more confidence and less pressure.
The result?
More empathy, less honking.
A more humanized traffic environment — where everyone reaches their destination safely.

There are three playful sticker designs inspired by warning labels:
-
HIGH IN INSECURITY
-
HIGH IN FEAR OF MAKING MISTAKES
-
HIGH IN DESPERATION
A fun way to say: “I’m learning — go easy on me!” <3
